Pay & Earnings
Opportunities start at $16/hour. Final rates are confirmed during hiring or when a contractor agreement is completed and may vary by market, role, placement, service type, and assignment. Flat-rate jobs are also available for furniture assembly and other project-based work.

How Scheduling Works
Flex Local Jobs: Set your own availability. Browse open jobs near you and claim the ones that fit your schedule. No minimum hours — work as much or as little as you want.
Companion & Care: Receive regular client assignments based on your availability and location. Build ongoing relationships with the same clients. A more consistent schedule, with availability and placements that may vary by market.
You can update your availability at any time through your companion dashboard. The mobile app lets you clock in and out, complete visit checklists, and communicate with dispatch in real time.
A Typical Day
You'll see your scheduled visits or claimed jobs in your dashboard. Before heading out, review the client details and any special instructions. When you arrive, clock in through the app. Complete the visit checklist (specific tasks for each job type), take any required photos, and clock out when you're done.
Dispatch is available throughout the day if anything comes up. After each visit, clients can confirm the work was completed — and your earnings are tracked automatically.
