For workers, contractors & skilled trades
Bring the skill. Grandson helps you turn it into steadier work.
You are not applying for a guaranteed Grandson job. You are applying for access to a vetted work network, operating tools, support, and eligible opportunities from Grandson and companies using the Grandson platform.
A different kind of worker network
Not another job board. A system around the work.
Eligible work in one market
Browse or receive work that fits your approved services, location, readiness, credentials and capacity. Pending applicants can learn the system and browse where allowed, but claiming stays approval-gated.
Assignments with real operating support
Your job details, route, check-in, evidence and closeout stay together. Grandson can support job communication and help keep the office, customer and worker aligned.
Time and proof you can stand behind
Eligible visits can use server-stamped check-in/out, location verification, photos, signatures and closeout evidence instead of relying on a text thread to prove what happened.
Help turning one job into stability
Some approved workers may receive recurring opportunities, temporary placement support, or structured assistance while they build a steadier workload. Availability and duration depend on the assignment and program.
Tools, travel or per diem when a job qualifies
Certain assignments can include job-specific support such as tools, travel coordination or per diem. Those benefits are assignment-specific and are confirmed before you accept the work.
Who can apply
We care about what you can actually do.
We collect as much useful information as possible—experience, services, tools, vehicle access, licenses/certifications, availability and documents—then review fit. An expired credential can still be recorded and reviewed; it does not automatically qualify you for work that legally requires a current license.
Skilled trades
Plumbing, electrical, handyman, repairs, installations and other skilled home-service work. Job-specific licensing rules still apply.
Home-service pros
Cleaning, furniture assembly, moving help, yard work, turnover work and other practical service categories.
Companion & household support
Approved care-adjacent and household support opportunities with role-specific screening and training.
Apply once. Build your readiness. Let the system do more of the matching.
Not everyone is approved. Screening, training, background checks, documents and job-specific requirements determine what you can access.
